At kiiwi.in we intend to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible In order to do that we have listed our Cancellation and Return policy below. You are free to email us in case you have any doubts, suggestions or confusion regarding the same.
In case you decide to cancel your order then you must cancel it within 2 hours from the time your order has been placed as most of our orders are shipped the very same day.
If the order is cancelled within 2 hours you shall receive full refund.
If the order package received by you is damaged, tampered or in a bad condition you are requested to refuse to accept the said order at the time of delivery. You may also email us about the same at email@example.com so that we can arrange for an exchange at the earliest.
In case you do not like the product or if it does not fit your child we request you to send us a request for return/exchange within 8 days from the date of delivery any request post 8 days shall not be accepted.
Customer can return the product through their preferred courier service also in this case you will have to upload the courier receipt and email us the shipping details.
We do have reverse pick up service where our courier partner will pick up the goods from your doorstep. For this service you will be charged Rs 100/- which shall be deducted at the time of refund or exchange.
After the product is received it goes through our quality check process. If the product is found to be worn/used/ torn/damaged/washed/ altered or if any accessory is missing or the package is missing / damaged or the tags are missing then we reserve the right to reject your return/refund request. We expect the product to be in the original condition as it was delivered. In such a case we are not responsible to courier the product back to your address.
Once approved, your exchanged product shall be shipped to your address.
Refund process will only be initiated once the product has passed our quality check process.
Shipping charges and COD charges will not be refunded.
